Plan the sequence
Decide what has to work first at the new site, and move that last from the old one. Everything else can go earlier.
Checklist
- Assign a single point of contact
- Label by destination room, not origin
- Back up systems before IT is moved
- Confirm access, lifts and parking at both sites
- Tell customers and suppliers your dates
