What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: the service you need, postcodes, property and access details, dates, extras, any notes, and your name, phone number and email address if you give one. You can also upload photos of what is being moved.
How we use it
We use these details only to prepare your quote and contact you about your enquiry. Your enquiry and any photos are stored privately and are not published on this website or shared publicly.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are needed for quoting, carrying out the work and normal business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by calling 07720 215654.
Cookies and measurement
This site records basic, non-identifying usage events, such as pages viewed and whether a quote was started or submitted, so we can see what is working. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your details to anyone. If we ever add further analytics or advertising tools, this notice and a cookie control will be updated first.
